• I will package it properly to ship it and will insure the package as well, with a return receipt.
  
  
• All sales are final. The items are sold as is. Each necklace is one-of-a-kind. The necklace you see in the photos of the design you choose is the necklace you will receive at your shipping address.
  
  
• Due to the nature of this business we do not create custom pieces by request.
  
  
• These beads are not available in bulk purchase; they are only sold in my custom designed finished pieces.
